TicketThis service terms
Last updated 22 October 2026.
The service
TicketThis helps an organization manage internal requests through Google Chat and a browser desk. This edition requires a configured organization and designated support agents. Google Workspace installation policies continue to apply.
Your responsibilities
Use the service only for authorized requests. Do not submit passwords, access keys, unlawful material or information you are not allowed to share with your support team. Organization administrators are responsible for agent membership, installation approval, offboarding, retention instructions and the members of the agent notification space.
Availability and limits
First-response targets are planning aids, not service-level guarantees. Notifications depend on Google Chat availability, app membership and configuration. A delivery acknowledgment does not show that a person read a message. TicketThis is not an emergency service.
Charges and changes
This edition does not collect payments or enforce a paid subscription. Separate hosting, Google Workspace or individually agreed services may have their own charges and terms. A future paid plan requires separate pricing and agreement; these terms do not authorize a charge.
Data and ending use
The privacy notice describes how service data is handled. You can stop using TicketThis and request data export or deletion through your administrator or support. Removing the Chat app does not by itself erase stored tickets or copies already in Chat.
Support
Contact support@innovaapps.ai. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any separate written service agreement with your organization remains applicable.
